Stephanie is a Southwest Florida Native and Port Charlotte High graduate. She married her high school sweetheart Bryan in 2004 and together they have had two amazing kids. Prior to entering the insurance field in 2011, she completed her Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University. Insurance was supposed to be a temporary career and she absolutely fell in love with it and her clients. She has specialized in the entire Medicare market. Whether it be Medicare Supplements or Medicare Advantage Plans, Stephanie feels confident that she can provide the client with the absolute best costumer service and products. Stephanie absolutely loves guiding her clients through the process of education and guidance through the years. She credits all of her success to her amazing clients and their families that have kept referring her year over year to their friends and family. In 2022 Stephanie knew it was time to build something bigger for her clients and for the community. This is where SBG Insurance was born. She is excited to continue to build a team that the community knows and depends on. Bryan Goerl- President
Bryan was born in Pittsburgh, PA and moved to Charlotte County in 2000 as a teenager with his family. He is a 2001 graduate of Port Charlotte High School where he met his wife Stephanie. Bryan has been happily married to Stephanie since 2004. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminology from the University of Tampa, and later a Master’s Degree in Transportation and Logistics Management from American Military University. Prior to joining the insurance world, Bryan worked as a Sheriff’s Deputy for 17 years. He specialized in fraud investigations and enjoyed helping seniors avoid becoming victims of scams. He also served in the Florida National Guard as a Multifunctional Logistician for 13 years. In his free time, Bryan enjoys boating and spending time with his family. Bryan’s goal is to help build SBG Insurance Group so that it can help as many people as possible protect their futures.

Dylan is a born and raised Florida resident! Born in Cape Coral, Florida he graduated from Oasis Charter High School. He is married to the love of his life Sophia and is a father. Rebekah “Bekah” Goerl- Agent & Executive Assistant
Rebekah Goerl obtained her 240 Health insurance License in the state of Florida in January 2025 and then her 214 Life and Annuities license In June 2025. Prior to this she started with SBG in 2023 as SBG’s digital marketing and social media specialist.
She is a native Southwest Florida resident and resides in the Port Charlotte area. Bekah graduated SCF Venice in May 2025 majoring in general studies. Bekah helps manage the Port Charlotte office full time seeing clients in the office setting and helping them solve any arising issues with their current policies. When Bekah is not working she spending time with her cats or she is in a dance studio

Jim Ahearn- Agent
Jim was born in in Derby, Connecticut and moved to Port Charlotte in July of 1992. Jim attended St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School for 6th through 8th grade and then attended Port Charlotte High School and graduated in 1999. Jim spent a year at New College in Sarasota and then went to Edison Community College (now Florida Southwestern University). In October 2002, Jim joined the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate and served until October of 2022, when he retired. During his time in the navy, Jim visited multiple countries and continents, gained experience as a recruiter, career counselor, mentor, teacher, machinist, Jim even learned a little bit about welding! One of his biggest takeaways from the military is the need to form a tight-knit crew so that we try to hold each other up and that’s the basic ethos that he wants to bring to insurance.

Steven Andrade – Agent
Steven was born and raised in Spring Hill, Florida. A graduate of Central High School in Brooksville. Prior to joining the insurance field, he worked in his family business for over two decades. He got into the insurance business because of his grandparents. An agent in the past gave his grandfather bad insurance advice. He has made it his mission and goal to help as many people as possible in similar scenarios.

Jeff Warford- Agent
Jeff Warford, a Florida native born and raised in Tampa, currently resides in Spring Hill, Florida, with his wife, Kristina, where they are raising two boys who play tackle football for school and travel/recreational flag football. Jeff spends some of his free time as an assistant coach for his youngest son’s flag football team and enjoys being at the local bowling alley, where he bowls in a weekly league. He serves on the board of directors for the Hernando County USBC (United States Bowling Congress) and is a registered volunteer for the USBC as well.
Jeff has always had a passion for helping others, and when he stumbles into the insurance world in 2021, he knows he has found his place. Raised in a military household, he learns that many veterans are not taking advantage of the benefits available to them, with many unaware of these benefits. One of the first things Jeff learns about is how Medicare and Tricare/VA can work together in most cases.

Brenda has been a proud member of the Charlotte County community since 1974 and is a graduate of Charlotte High School.
