Appointment reminder texts
SBG Insurance Group Inc. offers optional automated text messages to remind you about appointments with our team. This program does not send marketing or promotional texts.
You may receive one reminder per appointment, plus enrollment confirmations and responses to support or subscription requests. Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply.
Your consent
You enroll by providing your mobile number and separately agreeing to receive appointment reminder texts. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing insurance or receiving services.
Providing a phone number, requesting information or signing an insurance authorization does not by itself enroll you in this text program.
Stop or restart texts
Reply STOP to stop text messages. We will send a confirmation of your opt-out, and further program texts will stop.
Stopping texts does not cancel your appointment or change your insurance coverage.
Reply START to request re-enrollment. We may ask you to complete a new consent form before reminders resume.
You may also contact us to withdraw your text consent.

Delivery and your phone number
Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please contact us if your mobile number changes or you stop using it.
Protect your information
Do not send Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, payment details or detailed medical information by text.
